Nicole from YOGAone will take children on a yogic journey that will ensure they arrive at their own bliss, and learn to take this with them into their daily life.

Children will enjoy beautiful stories, yoga and meditation after making their own sparkling mindfulness bottle. The activity will conclude with colouring and making their very own mandala.

A truly relaxing activity for children and parents alike, should you choose to join in!
